Putting Banners On The Home Page

Most escort directories, if you are going to advertise on them, expect you to put their banner on your home page. So if you are getting a free listing, in a way it seems fair. However as you rack up loads of these free listings, you will also accumulate a whole bunch of banners (of many sizes on your home page). Then it can become a problem for a number of reason. The first is aesthetic appeal for your website. You may have spent money getting a nicely branded, professional website made for your escort service. Colours are nice, logo fantastic etc. Then add in the mix loads of escort directory banners. It can take away the overall effect and uniqueness of the site. Many of these banners come with multiple links under them, which can be fun when it comes to the old SEO and what it does for the value of the page.

Many website owners don;t want to litter their website with so many different coloured, different sized, static / animated banners. It can look like a bit of a graphical circus if you have numerous ones on there. Even with paid escort advertising options, directories still insist about the banner. Well many think that you have paid for advertising your escort service, so why should the directory get to advertise on your website. Isn't your home page just as important? Some agencies sign up for listings and sneakily remove the banners after a period of time, hoping that they won't get checked. then there is the impossible task of putting every agency i the top banner position. Everybody wants to be top. Like being top is like winning a world title, or somehow signifies dominance over other directories.

Some banners are good to have on, some are not. You decide!
